Membership
Greenwich Chase is starting a new effort to have 100% registration on our website so that we can go paperless and inform our residents of current issues at a moments notice.
By the end of 2016 our goal is to have every home registered on our website so that we can e-mail instead of mailing notices. This will be a cost saving as well as a better way to communicate with  the homeowner.

in order to register click on the MESSAGE BOARD TAB ON THE BOTTOM LEFT - directions are in that section

New Message for 2016

"Dear  Greenwich Chase Residents:

We have just passed the one-year mark with Union Bank HOA Services/Smartstreet. Many homeowners that have signed up for recurring e-check payments through Union Bank/Smartstreet, have exhausted, or are about to exhaust, their payment schedule, as our homeowners may only schedule payments up to a year in advance. Union Bank/Smartstreet sent out five e-mail notifications prior to the last payment, but we are receiving a number of calls from homeowners unaware as to why their recurring payment was not made.

If this effects you, please log on to your Union Bank/Smartstreet account by visiting Integra’s website:www.integramgtcorp.com or you may access the site directly at: https://www.mysmartstreet.com/payment.aspx?a=781and schedule up to the next twelve months of payments. If there is a question about accessing recurring payment account or scheduling the payments, you should call Union Bank for assistance at 888-705-0600.

Thank you,

Fran D'Aloisio/Community Manager"

 TO:   GREENWICH CHASE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

RE:  2015 AMENDED BUDGET
Dear Residents:
The Board of Directors recently contracted KIPCON Engineering, a company specializing in developing reserve estimates, to conduct a survey to assess the current reserve fund for common property facilities.
Our community is 20 years old and the useful life of some of the common area amenities require replacement. The Board has the responsibility for maintaining an adequate reserve level for a healthy association.  The study identifies that in order to meet these needs, additional funding is necessary as the initial reserve table established many years ago is out of date.

In order to get back on track, the Board of Directors has made a budgetary adjustment to compensate for this shortfall. To make it a little easier on the homeowners, a charge of $100 per home will be on the August statement. The charge is in addition to the regular annual association fees that are due in January.

If you are utilizing online payment services, please be sure to adjust your payments to include this charge.  Changes should be made as soon as possible to insure a timely payment.  This can be done through the INTEGRA website, www.integramgtcorp.com.   Select the Union Bank  “Online Payments” option under the “Resident Services” menu.

Your anticipated cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,

Greenwich Chase Homeowners Association
Board of Directors

Attached you will find our current budget and a form we would like you to fill out and send back to us with your priorities for repair/replacement for common property facilities. please send it back ASAP. One per household.

Greenwich Education Foundation Starts With Two Initiatives
The Greenwich Angels met at the Greenwich Elementary School on April 16th with many new Trustees Angelo Faillace started the meeting adding Brian Grace, Brian Cenci, Nicole Hummer, Michele Bond, Mary Jo Harris, Robert Gould, Mary Ann Faillace Maria Eppolite, Nicole Hutnik, Stefani Snyder ( school personnel are advisors). The board approved a partnership with Club Metro for the month of May for a free 3 day Pass, each coupon Club Metro would donate $5.00 toward The Foundation.
The second Initiative is a contest for a $500.00 scholarship for an art student to design a logo for the Foundation. The contest was sent out to Phillipsburg High School and Warren County Tech.
Several Corporations have donated to the foundation the largest being Phillipsburg Easton Hyundai followed by Shop Rite and Linde Corp. Bringing the funds up to over $10,600.00
Recently we gave out our first scholarship to Daniel Mattie for designing our Logo. Daniel is a junior in Phillipsburg High School, he will use the $500.00 Scholarship toward Graphic Design School.
We had a booth at Community day with a lollipop tree and Plinko. We raised $188.00.

Your ChildrenThis foundation will help children to do the extra things that the schools do not provide. If children have an interest in a program that will increase their musical, cultural, artistic, community or environmental skills to name a few, Greenwich Angels will consider funding the project.
Or if your children need help in achieving minimum standards, we can also help.
I have donated my pay as Township Committeeman and we also have donations from several large corporations within the town including $1000.00 from Phillipsburg Easton Hyundai,$500.00 from Shop Rite and $500.00 from Linde Group. So far we have over $10,000 and we will have $13000.00 by the end of the year.
What we are looking for are parents to be on our board as trustees. We are looking for people with some skills in fund raising, finance, art, education, or someone who is adept at social marketing & has a lot of contacts.
The job of the Trustees is to make sure the money is accounted for, goes to the right projects and that we have a continued flow of money and ideas to refill the pot every year.
send a short resume or just a letter telling me why you think you would be a good addition to our foundation to
